
Terms & Conditions
- Rates quoted are exclusive of gratuity, VAT, car parking, telephone charges and STC*, and are subject to change
without notice.
- A Point to Point journey is defined as one in which a passenger is carried directly from a pick up to a destination,
the pick up or drop off must be in the London Postal Area or major London Airport. Any other journey will be deemed
‘As Directed’ and charged accordingly.
- Any waiting time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
- As Directed charges start and finish at the originating location. Point to Point journeys are charged based on
driven mileage whilst the passenger is on board.
- Rates quoted are exclusive of £8.00 parking fee from airports.
- Transfer rates are for direct journeys point-to-point to or from London Postal Codes or Airports, waiting time
not included and will be charged at the standard hourly rate. We allow 45 minutes free waiting at Airports and 15
minutes free waiting time, at all other pick ups.
- Optional gratuities are charged at 10% or other amount agreed with the customer.
- Bank holiday surcharges 25%. Except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve after 18.00 and New Years Day when
a 100% Surcharge will apply.
- Evening hire rates are charged on hires commencing between 18.30 and 20.00 from London postal areas to Restaurants
/ Theatres in the West End and City.
- FCSLondonDrivers will travel by the most convenient and expedient route (within reason) unless specifically instructed
to the contrary by their client.
- FCSLondonDrivers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/propertycarried in their vehicles,
irrespective of the manner in which the loss/damage is sustained.
- FCSLondon vehicles will be operated by their own chauffeurs at all times.
- FCSLondon operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- FCSLondon adopt a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles.
- Late bookings (within 2 hours of required time) will only be accepted subject to availability.
- FCSLondon will not be held responsible for any meeting/ appointment/ flight missed as a result of traffic or road
conditions out of the control of FCSLondon or their Drivers. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid
such a situation.
- FCSLondon will charge a valeting fee of £100 for misuse/ fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).
- FCSLondon will make an appropriate additional charge for excessive parking and entrance fees unless a fully inclusive
charge has been quoted beforehand.
- FCSLondon will accept all major credit cards.
- FCSLondon will levy a surcharge of 7% for bookings made by credit cards.
- FCSLondon require a deposit of 25% to secure all provisional bookings and this must be received at least 24 hours
before the scheduled hire.
- FCSLondon reserves the right to levy a:
- 25% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled hire;
- 50% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation between 12 and 24 hours’ before scheduled hire;
- 100% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled hire or if no notification
is received.
- The outstanding balance of any hire is due to FCSLondon immediately upon completion of the hire and is payable
either by credit card in advance or in cash to the Driver. Payments by cheque must be available in cleared funds.
- FCSLondon Corporate Accounts must fill out online form and adhere to the strict 30 day terms.
